Maari (2015)
Maari is a 2015 Tamil gangster comedy film written and directed by Balaji Mohan starring Dhanush and Kajal Aggarwal. The film was jointly produced by Listin Stephen and Raadhika Sarathkumar's Magic Frames and Dhanush's Wunderbar Films. Anirudh Ravichander composed the film's soundtrack and score while Om Prakash undertook the film's cinematography. After being in pre-production phase since March 2014, principal photography began on 4 November 2014 and lasted till 15 March 2015. The film was shot in and around Chennai and Tuticorin. Maari was released on 17 July 2015. The Telugu dubbed version titledMass was released on 29 April 2016.

Eventually, Billa is killed, and Murthy is the only witness. When he learns of Ranga, a pickpocket and Billa-lookalike; Murthy sets up a secret operation. Ranga takes Billa's place to learn the gang's secrets. Chased by the law, suspected by the gang, and hunted by a vengeful femme-fatale; Ranga finds himself in extreme danger from all sides.

StorylineIn a former Soviet Republic, the President is oppressing the people and with help from a former Bosnian General who's a sadist, he is extremely hated. An American reporter goes there to catch the atrocities on film but is caught. She is forced to make false statements. So the Americans sends a Special Forces unit to try and rescue her. It's a big deal for the team's leader because the Bosnian once captured him and tortured him. While there they run into a British agent who was sent there on a mission and they work together. But when they try to leave they're captured.

StorylineCritically wounded and lying unconscious in a Mumbai hospital, ACP Yashvardhan of the Narcotics Control Bureau reflects on his life and his love-affair with Maya. With the assistance of the Commissioner as well as his colleagues, Atul, Kamlesh and Mahesh Pandey, and an informer, Arvind Shetty, he was able to apprehend drug-dealers in Kutch, Gujarat; Jalandhar, Punjab, as well as in Himachal Pradesh. Unknowingly, he paved the way for Vasu Anna Reddy to become the sole drug-dealer and invite his Mombasa-based brother, Vishnu, to join him. An encounter with the team kills Vasu, and some of the team gets suspended. A vengeful Vishnu decides to target the entire police unit as well as their respective families, and vows that he will not rest until he has killed them all. He starts with brutally killing Mahesh and his wife, Rachna, and then abducts Atul's wife, Swati - with a motive of forcing the former to do away with the remainder of this police team.
